CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
% Q4 R# I* W$ v+ Y( y. y3 {-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
0 W( s" ^6 }$ V# a6 D, _-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
1 Y: h  B/ v& K; \, Q9 Q% J# e-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
: N; K* Z, i/ n/ T" H  R* q-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.  
& u. ]  p9 `4 W-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
5 i/ h1 j; [8 S1 E" l( u2 x-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Q; ?! O  V+ C  m( N% l( u: F-        Strong verbal English.
/ ?  I, S% [, C6 l8 A, u" o3 f-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
/ v6 @" v0 i2 u& b; L) ^% o-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
- J3 h/ P- ^3 p7 M- n5 l-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
