Pay rate: $19.30/HR

Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
% o  Y* x9 F- W7 {7 C* b3 UUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
0 J6 j+ b) D  w6 [" g9 N& }6 zStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
) [& a- L' C7 m9 wAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
( }4 E8 F8 `" r) u) c" PAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.
