) f& A- x% {& y& v9 h& O9 _Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147), f0 y& O- O( t% Y
Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)6 \3 |6 b1 ]" J% k9 I* r
Active condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.% g! \  s& G& {! C. n. G% t& d
