Position Summary

We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments9 Y2 s+ Z7 y1 {7 A
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
) p9 S/ }# L2 v! BAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
6 S. [! v. t( \( U1 gManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;8 C& U. l) W" `; e* \1 P9 E2 t1 P
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;' z7 {* ]% ^4 [* o1 h! l- b
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
! X" j4 Z( O6 l! v9 ]Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;- F6 A4 z5 w/ b
Attention to detail and accuracy;
0 l' U# n) U. L/ }4 mStrong organizational and computer skills;  [. N% o7 k& q1 ^/ @% ]7 M8 R$ X
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;: b% t2 j% u* t3 E
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
& a. T9 X5 _4 h3 {Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;) `) w0 _' }/ F9 I. P3 N( O5 E
Ability to work with minimal supervision;
: k8 Y+ y# J1 B. Y) w2 z$ MSelf-directed and highly motivated; and4 c0 r- T/ G- N0 g6 J0 O. Y$ Y% H* k
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
