- f( ^  \' f. n0 r+ LWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.( s* Y# y' }$ b- `+ N4 g9 [

$ _6 X% Y( w1 z! u8 N, J$ ~Primary Responsibilities
1 X! z, u. Q* N1 C( A8 F' Y. N; `
2 w# N( M# `- k# G1 B; F8 Q
Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
7 `2 z5 R& z. P$ XWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
8 |& c  n% A3 e) m' h( C* iAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
& I$ o# v' q% j$ F- g7 ~$ SManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;) Q2 l8 d( w$ r. T2 k" E( u
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
/ ]  N1 }/ }3 D* r  x6 U2 NEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
' ?: Z( T" B. m5 D. SConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.$ F+ d* e: ^9 B* a+ Z
Conduct all work within established time standards;
+ w7 a  U  k3 Y* bEssential Knowledge and Skills' P+ U) E! S) d) ]# h

7 q9 C! ^% g, z# K# @* _$ rExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;) D6 b( n1 L& D" [
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
6 q; @0 E% A! n% BTime management skills are critical;; o3 \0 X4 Y; C7 I5 ^* ^6 @$ o
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
! F  J; A; Z5 TAttention to detail and accuracy;( |! E+ [- e3 x! O
Strong organizational and computer skills;
, J) l1 m) Y. Q% J7 kExcellent verbal and written communication skills;* I; ]- }& Z4 _6 U  p2 K" ~
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
* r+ m4 z4 Q0 ^Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;) n0 {8 _1 R5 O
Ability to work with minimal supervision;( {& s6 n& X4 M
Self-directed and highly motivated; and3 s0 s! {- e1 w# l
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.+ O, e" E# S9 d" p) b2 e7 h

3 V3 E3 B, X" k/ c5 VCompensation and Benefits- O) {: U$ d7 s# ~$ ?* w" X7 z

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
" x/ i6 N1 x7 c0 w6 C6 GBenefits package will be offered;
6 Q1 S& @6 f- j" }* ?& gMust have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
& @$ ]; s6 }& u& ~Recently graduates are welcome to apply.
