) _: S# \; W7 u# g1 P3 }We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.# \7 v2 R2 R" a/ V3 u" B

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
4 ?% W+ M  W: _. H  UWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies$ H$ W) U% K- \" i9 {  H
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines( V; {" c4 v, X1 H+ {/ P
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
# z0 r% g# N) c9 L, @1 qOversee file management for all LMIA matters;8 N0 L! e# d% F0 `2 o
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;2 X" c. R5 T8 _/ b% m
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.% Y: u% T4 v, B$ x6 x: o% |
Conduct all work within established time standards;5 p  c* t2 @8 I6 L- {

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- H4 }8 Y  _3 _! F4 N0 KAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;0 e9 n9 O$ W% l6 z
Time management skills are critical;6 E* Z' w) n2 P, u4 Z2 ?9 i7 P' c$ M
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
$ }  n4 U* g3 v5 m0 V! [- p) pAttention to detail and accuracy;
0 K$ ?4 d) k$ Y9 C5 zStrong organizational and computer skills;
! V, G. ?; f& B; u6 ~$ fExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
# K3 d) g! r* @9 L6 k& t3 [Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;! \9 O' o0 Y9 e2 Q0 [* P8 g
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;# _, \& Z2 u8 r* M: f) c. u
Ability to work with minimal supervision;
8 i+ j: A' w1 v3 Z2 R; ^  O+ RSelf-directed and highly motivated; and7 D3 }; [3 G; H) J+ a6 F9 V+ `) V& a
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
7 T; s1 V2 l# x! g
9 w6 b1 B& {( J" `2 m5 AHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;8 M% Q6 J; f0 d/ h
Benefits package will be offered;
