2 S9 d1 S: T/ t" |4 W) h# X4 l1 XWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

3 m: U1 _: T9 M3 |$ u$ r, PCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments( u0 Z+ W. j; H6 n' m/ k2 S
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies% {4 n7 s( ]! H/ |
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" y8 B0 m3 L& T
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;) u) e! O) f6 P% `5 X, u* i) [  N' c
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
6 v' P! \3 x. z: P# UEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
3 s# ]% Z  \$ G( Z0 M' J4 [9 iConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
" r+ z$ D0 D& X, [2 ]" yConduct all work within established time standards;, k0 L) i! ?4 }

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;3 a1 |/ v1 d5 q$ L0 |3 B9 h8 E
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
. Q" Y% h# \1 ?, t0 i7 c1 Q& d) CTime management skills are critical;8 B0 J- W; J+ q. Z1 [6 K7 _
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
* h- f4 {; \1 i( IAttention to detail and accuracy;" i+ I- b7 B2 \4 j& P
Strong organizational and computer skills;
# |  @, f$ G; q# \3 ]) FExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
+ D, F. E: F( \, M8 \3 {' UComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
/ W& O# _. G$ g& f2 NAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
! G) |. ~1 W# L  a" p3 q' I! A/ aAbility to work with minimal supervision;
* p7 W2 h0 ~2 a; bSelf-directed and highly motivated; and
1 k* i8 v& G' }: Y" n) `/ Y2 XAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

% {" e9 P: r1 ^; EHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;/ h9 o9 q/ ~! n2 Q
