The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
7 M+ r* o$ M6 EWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
3 B# k/ A. P4 j, Y$ m! WAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines% n6 `9 z. G* P. ^
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
& D' H! G7 t$ K* w3 R3 N7 g( POversee file management for all LMIA matters;
! K9 }' o# ]: M* }; P! ~/ yEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
* C) n( K9 h9 { L6 kConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
