CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
  n" }  T/ P% g2 T2 e-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
4 u7 U/ h8 x& ^/ ?) T9 [8 K-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
" `7 D* M; J% D- e4 J-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
. d1 Y* c' j2 Z. J( ?-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

! X, @8 f/ K, A4 N3 KStrong verbal English.
: y$ H: J% P  L7 B' u-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
5 `; J% a6 M/ n/ K% d- a9 A-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
-        Strong & out-going personality
