你好，我是ua的硕士，帮一个老外博士后发的招租广告。

I am looking for a female roommate to take on a living room in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is located few minutes away from the Stadium LRT. The room is spacious and bright with a big window. It has sofa, coffee table and entertainment center with lots of shelves. It has enough space if you wish to bring your own furniture as well.

The rent is $350. The water and heating are included; electricity and internet will be shared.
