想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

reasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.
1 {, z2 s: l5 f: n+ n' mlow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
