关于驾照 min vision standards

1、license 5:视力要求，双眼测试0.4，对单眼不作要求，可以这样理解吗，0.4时我们平常说的0.4吗？

只要你有眼镜，测试时带上就好了，不用担心，这里开车就和国内骑自行车一样，很普遍，办理一切手续也很方便。
