Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

6 L4 S3 p' b% h5 ^$ Q We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

7 K% S' T8 g1 U. G- i The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

- t+ n' B2 Z2 H% \$ s8 AResponsibilities will include:
•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
7 q- f) _: A. x' ]6 l8 E, ]* u•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
1 f( }+ \% S6 S+ v! D$ l•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
•Keep work area clean.
•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

/ M; d3 e  i1 E" E/ ~•Basic English communication skills
1 q7 F+ x$ E7 j7 C1 F•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools

•Able to lift up to 50 lbs
/ x' Q- ]& a2 {•Ability to work under constant pressure
1 F) s  _  C: S% {& J•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
+ h2 J0 K0 X' t5 z  n# M% [•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

•Fill sealed units with Aragon

& X2 B" n6 J; ]5 G# E•Hot melt super spacer units
  O3 M: T5 }/ s2 E/ ^7 Q/ s•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines

Primary Qualifications Required:

•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
•Good eye sight.
