EDMONTON - Edmonton remains in a smoky haze as of Thursday morning, with the city seemingly stuck in twilight. `: l' W- a( J/ i5 A: b

But, according to Alberta government data, the health advisory has been downgraded to a three, which is low health risk, from a high of seven (high risk) on Wednesday.# Z* A% f* }" X) Z6 I e
