CIC的官方信息：

8 j) j1 m, f! C4 {) B6 a+ dbe 18 years of age or older;
be a permanent resident of Canada;
have lived in Canada for at least three of the four years before applying;
3 Y3 ~( \2 ?7 {- y1 pbe able to communicate in either English or French;

know about the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.
