Immigrant women and their families can now access a “household toolkit” crafted by a local service group for new immigrant families, through real estate agents.

( n* F2 T2 F8 |" sIn the tool kit are 75 common hand tools – like a hammer and screwdriver – as well a book on how to buy a home, a home maintenance schedule and other items.

* ?8 F* M! V; G. k( k2 I0 t“The tools are a symbol of hope for people trying to build new lives in Edmonton,” said Madeline Sarafinchan, president of the Edmonton Real Estate Board.
