2 b- A  j/ h, l" Q' b1 Q( O% Yheating and ventilation 已经做好， 只是差 final inspection而已， city的进度真够慢的。

9 E" F6 u+ k" v但是这里办事都是按规矩做， 没人诚心要为难你。
