A heating and ventilation permit is required under the Safety Codes Permit Bylaw when installing or altering heating and ventilation equipment such as:

make-up air units,

hydronic (hot water) systems,
kitchen exhaust,
heat recovery ventilators,
ventilation systems.

heating and ventilation 已经做好， 只是差 final inspection而已， city的进度真够慢的。

但是这里办事都是按规矩做， 没人诚心要为难你。
