I have been looking into Windermere.
1 q m; {* C/ a+ t5 U# nMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

, H; t3 Y4 W6 E' h _$ CAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.3 W: M2 E- {' h: e+ d) R
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.% L7 M5 R2 b% f2 B) ?3 p
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.6 V6 E3 |0 P+ i+ W0 i! x

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.: }" e6 B, x& ?/ l

What type of housing you are looking for?
2 r4 Q( p$ r# H" u6 }/ ]( FThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue. N* ~( s& K( A
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
