求教，Ambleside South 和 Coventry Homes 的看法

如题。听说Ambleside South 附近有消防局和通讯塔。这会对小区有影响吗? 这个区的学区是哪个学校? 小区只有一个出口，会是个问题吗?

有人有跟Coventry 买房的经验吗? 他们的质量、信誉跟售后服务如何?

I have been looking into Windermere.
3 s5 P" e% z9 v) K* BMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

; J3 B- f( O  D  iAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
& Q* X# B2 `% b; w; }Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
9 R) z* ~. @) |* Q; tThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?
9 Z( {) \$ j2 `5 S) t" [8 JThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
8 o) m$ Y  d$ D6 S9 JDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

靠着pond的那些都不错，但估计卖光了已经，或能选的不多了

之前也看AS pond最邊邊那一塊 不過後來電訊塔建起來後我考慮了很久 最後放棄了 同樣的價錢能買Glenrriding walk out了. 喜歡Conventry的Omega屋型.
