I have been looking into Windermere.( z) h9 Q5 Z, B# G0 P5 L
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.) J8 L$ P: B+ U8 J
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.) A2 E* i- j4 b E6 s0 E9 F
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.7 }* c0 v4 \/ c. P4 G& r

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.$ y {) C r) X: z# r: R# |
( a) P0 z% ^" R% k! {5 vWhat type of housing you are looking for?
- _+ R* U) W/ y" `That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
8 b+ |3 W5 X" |! T( J0 nDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
