I have been looking into Windermere. S' q2 m4 a3 e. ]
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.) g m% P8 p5 d: H
3 j* C& A1 t2 HAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.( }- \" V" A; p8 i
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
, n7 }2 x$ g2 Q& U0 u6 Q5 A( lThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
