My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.# V; x2 @) ~; R4 {7 C# G$ a

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.8 s9 h) R( a$ K. i( M& `9 Z0 u3 K$ W3 W
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
! h+ o- }" g9 X" D8 w) E3 q1 oThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.( a; `3 k% L1 }

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
