The process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders. Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key! ( P1 F2 U( u7 rIt took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder. ; W& t2 {' S8 B/ R. _$ C1 F8 m* c1 BAnd you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
