The process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders. Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key! 8 y9 b/ k- V1 ^+ CIt took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder. e( r: s# Z9 R' v8 j& a: ZAnd you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
