这话有点太绝对了，相比较国内而言，客观的说，加拿大的确有很多免费的事物~！

但免费系统的英语教学大多数是对新移民的~！

try to go to Edmonton Public library, there is a free program for English learning called English Circle , focusing on oral English and basic communication, there are some free courses on EPL website, first of all, you need apply an Edmonton Public Library card in any branch near your home, it is free, if you live in Edmonton. So these courses are all free, you just go to EPL website click digital content tab under it then e-learning tab, under it there is one called Gale courses, when you come to the main page of Gale courses, you will see a column called list of courses, then you click on it, you will see many courses are available, then you choose language and art then you click language, then you will see a course called writing for ESL. That is a writing course for you to learn. the course begins on May 21,June 18,July 16,August 20, you can choose any date to register, In addition, there is another database called Mango language learning is also under elearning website. All are free. Good Luck!

EISA 有英语学习班，在 southgate 的 McKee school 里面，3个月100刀，很便宜了。你可以网上查查

每个新移民都可以，不过要去catholic social service做语言测试，英语较好超过linc 4的就没法学了，直接可以去读带funding的ESL了。ESL的funding有收入要求

这句话没错，学语言肯定要付出代价，时间也是代价，今天我们老师就说了这句话

免费？？让你免费提供吃喝给Homeless你干么？

政府也一样，所谓的免费program都是从税收里抽出来的，说到底，那里面也有你交的一部分税，你是支持人家免费吃喝呢，还是支持政府来修路呢，还是支持医疗呢还是其他的？
