留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
# \+ @- P) S, p1 @0 W. _请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

' Y! q7 D9 g5 A; l, Q2 l% ?; y5 U" HTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
' Y. n2 K" k. w9 v8 y# W3 ^you must be a resident of Canada; and
& n5 Q$ r  ]5 oyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
