JOB DESCRIPTION
" n2 b+ M, g4 L8 b1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; # l4 R7 y' O5 ~+ s
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;5 F6 c3 \: m' i# W' {
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;, r. c/ J' Z5 _2 f, F6 f' U& b% y
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
0 J& D! G( C: ^4 S: Z5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;- i' m5 s  H# I) }/ v. e% t, R2 {
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; / a$ p' \! {$ B" P
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned., h: n, \6 Z  x5 m+ d) R% |

Qualifications:% A. K" M2 l5 X0 W4 a5 v
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment., P- H, N' p3 r+ I4 F4 b, _: Z
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
- `, w$ c9 n: }9 ]•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.( S2 e8 g7 g! E
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products., z. A+ E' p$ q! z" a; O
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
