1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; % `5 O- N, h) _; K, w
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
# I$ B( j6 b! `7 A3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
# O- y5 c5 z7 S% S8 g4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 6 P' N' |- ~& t/ N- D7 G$ j" b
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;/ _% d+ g; R( D3 @
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; 7 ?9 M$ l# L1 K, t: w
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
, Y0 Q+ q9 D1 e& H0 Z% J, X•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
$ Q6 b9 |- u  W' K/ n•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.% C% q' K3 r0 ?8 a( S0 n- k
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.* r! X' b% N9 [  [1 {0 G: l
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
