IB, International Baccalareate, is a program offered to kids from as young as 3 years old to high school students. IB program is recognized around the world, if you are a full IB student, you will have the chance to go abroad like the States, Britain, France, etc. / Q# I: W0 m! @+ x2 m
The High Schools listed above in Edmonton offer Diploma Program.

From what I know, only students who get 80% or plus can go into IB program in junior high school.
U3 L( X3 b. nStudents can also choose to be in particial IB, which I was in last year. But particial IB won't be offered the opportunity to go abroad as full IB do.m However, particial IB are still recognized by universities and scholarship programs. Most of the IB courses can be transferred as credits in university, and basic course in universities can be replaced by the IB course, thus the student doesn't need to take the basic course in university and goes on to advanced courses directly.
