The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
/ j, r- l+ ]8 V  P6 r! A1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.

' |6 M. Y7 d6 Y5 x- N% c3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
