2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

still support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean

" L% D- k. y4 s/ \3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
