The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
3 Q, e5 P: _) L8 ]1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
- t: B+ T% _2 J- @. Q" zstill support the further price increases.
0 h- q, \8 y. e! s5 I/ }- I. A2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
' B0 Y: L' N% T; e. o* B3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
