•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
6 N) L4 |1 I( `3 m# z% K* L•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

5 T; d+ c3 ^' p$ w& W1 u•        Retail customer service experience.
$ ^/ G' k1 m2 j& ]•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
) f9 P, n! w3 }8 M•        Excellent communication skills in English
$ }+ z% Y( @# R/ x# i2 Y•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
