请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

So I guess the right order is
1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
