0 H5 u8 f5 f" i现在每一个位置竞争都很激烈.现在竞争太激烈了。很多人都从别的省来这边找工作.UA,calgary university graduation, 有不少人找不倒工作.同事说, 有不少人 come to our company, requirement high pay, but,
experiences and skill is not match, gone!

some high wages incl overtimes, overtimes over 1/3, basic pay is not too high, but overtimes 1.5 x basic
wage. Now, our company cancel overtimes. Some engineering company too
