环境很好，只有五户人家在池塘中间。
如果方便，去听听噪音，离Henday近，房子密度太低，没有隔离和过滤。

DV will not use your floor plan but themselves only. What you can do is to modify/update their plan according to your idea/needs.
DV's constructuion standard is good, I should say it is on top line in Edmonton market.

絶对同乙， Professor Huang
I hold a lot as well, and worked with DV for two weeks for the floor plan, felt very frustrating and annoyed. It is not fair to use those 30-32 pocket floor plan to build on the 38' lot; to extend from 32' plan to the 38' plan is very costly. Mr.Xing, we did talk at the DV showhome
