房子后面是commercial lot

最近在个新区看到个房子还不错，但是后面是个大的commercial lot以后会有些超市，银行等商铺，这样的话以后升值空间会不会很小或者不好脱手呢？在西区...

哪位能不能帮忙分析下，谢谢！

When a residential is too close to commercial, I wouldn't consider it a nice residential. If you look at the good side, it may be that you have convenience a walk away.

I wouldn't like a home close to commercial stores. It should be more noise and no safe.

precisely my concerns, even though it will be fenced off I just dont know if there might be too much traffic, plus, there will be a gas station in that area as well
