To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.2 D7 D! r) v2 L4 o

3 i$ R% a& O N9 m( ?- [ Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals1 P0 T0 o: }0 G% y" {& S K) i9 L# d/ h
Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
6 L( X; T* F, u" g! g; n Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
; T u' f4 o. c7 }8 } Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy6 x, u7 E* A; q0 m
Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
8 G8 B7 p6 e4 ~9 ]9 s Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:% B+ L" w+ w' R: k# [9 H; t
% s# Y# d1 j: V$ p; z# L9 } High School and or Post Secondary Education
: u- K N+ T t; v [7 l, N, V: M Previous customer service experience
0 z7 s5 w$ [! k, d Previous sales experience an asset
2 _3 V* A, B( ?3 ?1 A1 D) t: l, \! } General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
+ o$ M5 {& ]) j! H# k6 k Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully' l4 U; c. ]% Q% h" O' j, C
Strong analytical and organizational skills
