$ L' p- J" r' _7 w% HKey Responsibilities:

7 h! U8 N+ D& L( o• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
2 h& X! r# x, }3 o/ M/ [* o
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

) V; {$ E+ q4 z7 Y, m/ D; `• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales." L; I+ a( l9 E& W

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

; Y& M ~( R3 m4 j! S# z• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

Job Qualifications
8 `) v7 o( P( x• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
. o0 q' d. @3 X* i( V
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

- e2 T4 l A4 j6 u2 {/ S( i• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

& w9 u. `0 E! c" q e5 k) E• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

- q1 W2 x; O* ]+ B1 J7 P• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.1 {' |) e8 F. T+ x$ A( f

• Travel within the assigned region.

4 V2 E% F( y3 j' v. ]* b( E: }2 s• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
