请问外墙是stucco的房子比一般的会贵多少，如果只是外墙不同的话

太高深了，不知道啥是EIFS，也不知道啥是portland stucco，我只知道有的房子外墙像水泥抹的，大多是条形的siding，所以问问

portland stucco 就是旧式样的外表凹凸不平的那一种
EIFS就是外保温，是新房子外表平的那一种
