do i need a full inspection on my car?

my vehicle is going to have its 3 yrs birthday, some basic warranties are expiring. I am not sure if I need to bring it to dealer for a full inspection. just called dealer, and it costs 189.95.

feel like it was a stupid question,,,and guess the answer is NO. :)

talked to the tire shop, where I am going to get my tires changed, they told me that they will provide a free visual check of the vehicle and tell me if they found anything wrong and needs further inspection, and in most cases I shouldn't need a full inspection for a 3yr old car, with low mileage.
