关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

8 h/ w. d& `& s3 f( m" hIn many cases, purchasers may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate for a portion of the GST they pay on the purchase price or cost of building a new home.

0 u3 }% G6 O" m# h. s, ^1 _$ A" GNew home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).
) g# ^6 i0 Y0 p% I+ r2 x; n
For new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.

! z0 y9 j1 a1 F9 `New homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.
