•Review all aspects of the RFP documents [# `1 P! |# Y! S! b6 [
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
k3 L9 B# C4 X. \$ ^+ {•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
# J& n: N) c, h* p/ j U1 V•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing' j1 Y9 \4 L/ ?0 g$ i# a
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
/ v7 P' S# Y/ @& r8 B1 {( \•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
# `& X% D: C9 b•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator. i/ j" S! }, Z0 V: r4 a) N) ~% W7 n
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
