    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；

    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
7 d* j7 |8 P. v. \# A/ v' g! D    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
1 H) r1 k7 B& ?    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
1 B  |4 j1 c5 {3 f+ E$ b    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
; v6 y: o7 h. E1 C    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；

    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
  G5 _# C7 U5 ]9 L# D    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
7 p+ @- n. h' _3 A# ]! r    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
  r' V  a4 M, ~1 u- E. D' D* K    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
; m4 ?8 O; D# b7 Z$ X    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
