discuss, first friend had in Lab of University, B.S degree, his husband is a professor of University, phd.
Second friend is a teacher of University, engineering degree of Master degree, husband was a Phd of England, Their quality are the better.
In US and Canada, family augre: money and child, if husband has a job, support family, cover the family
troubles. One day, no money( disable, sick, unemployment), happen accident!
Good family 50%.In Canada and US, many excellent woman did a hone wife, PHD, Master too many, if you only do a home wife, why read many books? Reason, it is too hard to look for a professional positions, therefore stay in home!

好日子和坏日子的区别有的时候不在于你拥有多少，而是在于我们自己能不能认清楚，经营好并且珍惜自己所拥有的，我们的心能够不能够驾驭所谓的好日子和坏日子。

说穿了，好日子也好，坏日子也罢，一切都是成长的一部分而已。一切都是必须经历的，一切都可以化成营养滋养生命。不具备这样的心态如何能够信步闲庭呢？

在加拿大的环境下，女人如何有钱，可能有N种模式，marie的，只是其中的一种，所谓‘条条大路通罗马’，这是因为每个人的优点与特长不同。其实，有许多女性是家庭与事业均成功的，就如我认识的，如蒋老师一家以及有多个孩子的女工程师领导。蒋先生原来是高校教电器的，来到这种有多年CNC的经验，自己喜欢做木工等，最强有力的，是其孩子也学建筑，所以这就形成了可以自己经营装修企业，将在加拿大多年积累的经验与资金投向更高效的事业。这都是有蒋老师这位精明能干的女性而将一家的力量整合在一起，而使家庭蒸蒸日上。
当然，也有不但自己从事专业工作，而且自己将经验与技能传授给下一代的而在短短7-8年时间成形二代专业人员。当然，我没有听她抱怨其ex, 总有一颗宽容的心。一家家庭要买什么保险？一代又一代人的成长、在加拿大有一技之长而落地生根，这就是最强的保险，也是永远有源头活水来。

以上这些例子，都有共同之处，就是不断进取、不断学习他人的长处。在加拿大，真正融入这里的社会，10年不懈的努力也许是‘捷径’了，这连我原单位的顶头上司，他是欧洲人，语言没有问题，也要经历11年才当上VP。
在加拿大，英语至少要听过关了，与本地人交流，看电影、电视剧、听演讲，语速多快都习以为常，才算一个‘完整’的加拿大人。这也是自己下定决心，‘卧薪尝胆’看电视来突破英语‘音障’的动力，为自己的职业再上一台阶杀开一条生路。
