To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

# H# m+ Y9 p! U( q! s5 h7 W2 j. K• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.

• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
