• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.7 O$ ~2 W, b1 e$ N) v
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
! X: Q8 Q( v# O3 X• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;/ W, `4 \ a0 e& b$ z5 q
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;

• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;

Requirements:

• Ability to lead and develop;7 n E2 v# A( U7 A1 T' P
• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;4 N% g. B7 \: t8 Q. e' {+ `6 s
• Proven record of development of sales and marketing efforts;3 [; ` f- d- H4 i" }6 t+ S
