Job Description:

• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;

• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;& k; k; ^9 S# g2 H" q
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.

• Attend public relation functions; Participating in community and trade boards and committees on behalf of the hotel;
