想移民用diploma够吗？？？

我是一个国际学生，准备学习电脑设计和媒体设计的diploma，但是不知道以后想移民的话，这样的学历够不够，diploma比degree得的分数差多少呢？

学历够了，顶多差2分。主要得看其他的分数
