Compensation: Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
4 t5 O" u. T8 t# F7 @Your Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)

4 r( a2 N: w' CFull-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance. ' D$ M; E8 O: |2 A0 O4 u4 V

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles 1 m, B9 i4 D# e
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
$ y% f9 d8 \; p3 `9 v- o! ^3 \Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.( B& P# U9 v6 ?/ `3 a, Y. G. V
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).$ F8 E' O7 N7 v5 F. t9 \ C
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.

Qualifications:& K8 V) l5 y& m: |0 v! D; i4 ]! ]
' K% B$ w6 w' \8 \* o/ dApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
9 |9 a; h4 u4 z. [% y0 a6 vApplicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
6 b% R/ v' f E5 XPreference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles. ' T/ S; T( W0 T+ V) t
