先说老区,如果老区没有电线杆,车库是联体,那么价格会更贵。* u& N: {! l, h* R3 d0 L
再说说Westcliff Close里的那5块后院朝北的地。如果只有10-20万,房子能住人就行,没人在乎消防栓,变压器。那5块地,买地,造房,至少80-90万。如果有80-90万,要求自然不一样。全城能挑选的余地是太多,而不是太少。能买得起的房子,远远超过0.7%.
