看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。# Q; e' p" |6 o" Q* w
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby

Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:4 a' d" Y* i& a$ }
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)5 C( r" s2 U+ x
5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year): ~. q5 m1 B( O; Y ^. M
5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.2 F! {- A- X9 T
6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)! B6 D$ O$ M/ {% o
7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)

10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)
c6 h' y, }7 [IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.2 U& X; m" ]& R7 I# @" c, }* J
1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.0 \0 @0 o9 l# b# E1 Z7 H
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.% y2 V$ J4 D1 k1 G& m) p
3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.
# d1 ?) A1 q/ V4 ?8 S' b4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.6 m% _0 F! U9 I6 E- ]) X
5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.3 ~+ o* ^& x" M
6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods! g" Z# F$ c4 y/ V1 [( l
