Position Summary: Within the broad guidelines of Integrated Service Program funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and Alberta Employment and Immigration, the Receptionist/Immigrant Services Worker will answer a multi-line phone calls professional, politely, and directing the calls correctly; assist in clerical needs of the ISP team; assist with providing counter service and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker.

• Answer incoming calls and route calls to appropriate person
# }3 ` ]2 `. T- v& S/ c• Take and deliver messages to the staff of ASSIST
7 t4 r7 B' u2 s8 A1 M• Welcome clients and direct them appropriately
* |6 c }$ `. ]• Order and maintain office supplies for the front counter* i. o4 P ^& J% d
• Perform general clerical functions such as photocopying and faxing documents8 M+ N, w% I- a7 X* Z
• Provide assistance to immigrants and clients seeking settlement related services in the capacity of immigrant services worker

• Assist the ISP team in reminding clients to appointments of workshops or other events' r( c; [' V; ?2 w J2 c: G
• Keep the reception area tidy and clean

4 }# \: g& [5 s! j9 Z; ^• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese as an asset5 T) q2 ^) [0 ~# P
• Good English writing and oral communication skills

• Microsoft Office operation skills- Excel, Word, Outlook

• 2-4 years of office and clerical experience
& s1 _4 I. ^7 N• Receptionist or customer service experience in a fast paced environment
! S6 u3 Q- J# d• Demonstrate workplace maturity and professionalism
