A male wearing a balaclava and carrying a handgun was spotted by a pedestrian walking in the area of Falconer Road and Riverbend Road at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.% J- ^. Y" ~0 S9 F+ w0 G% r

Police arrested the man later in the afternoon at the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, after receiving a tip from a resident. , m( M b2 Y# a" P8 t " V5 Z$ G7 e/ I' T9 H9 U hA search of the man's home turned up a BB pistol and balaclava matching the description given by witnesses.
