Police arrested the man later in the afternoon at the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, after receiving a tip from a resident.. N' s, N+ q0 ~) P/ _+ N- q

A man wearing a balaclava and holding a handgun was seen in the area on two previous occasions — the first at 4 p.m. last Friday near the Snow Valley ski hill parking lot and on Saturday on the Terwillegar Drive footbridge. 4 \8 \7 L" A* q( t! l
