Position Summary:
What are we looking for? We are launching a TELUS TV and Internet promo campaign in Edmonton city. We are looking for upbeat Face-to-Face Sales Representatives that are able to maintain a sense of humor, a positive attitude and an effective communication style with customers and colleagues at all times. Successful candidates must demonstrate personal drive, commitment and positive energy.

Primary Responsibilities:
7 _& D0 I5 ?9 Z( J& M4 z• Communicate effectively with customers
9 N  Y7 _6 D* I3 O6 B• Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
9 r4 T, c) I, x0 @• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
• Maintain and update customer service database appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions
" x. U' g9 v2 a6 ]+ z1 @1 R• Assist customers with placing orders and diligently follow up with customers regarding their existing orders  
/ |$ u& ^; p0 u6 v+ r9 o. e• Quickly, pleasantly, and professionally work with customers to answer questions, de-escalate problems, and determine an agreeable resolution to a customer’s problem and follow through to ensure a level of service that presents an overwhelming positive customer service experience

Minimum Requirements:
$ V0 d9 h( D, L8 x% f! P  z) W6 F; N• Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, customer service and superior interpersonal skills
# z9 P; L! O6 H8 }9 J" d• Some sales experience
. w4 v4 A& ]' d% b• Very strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, passionate start up
( M" C6 A( S% \8 A7 z• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and sense of humor are both absolutely required
% ^! n3 N# ~2 I) v- [" p% k: \- T• Excellent documentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
. _9 T, T( D, k9 ], ~9 ^% O• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  V3 m+ l8 J' H8 f' c/ ?+ G! I/ A• Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand, high volume workloads
• Solid comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and restate the issues the customer presents
• Ability to focus on and resolve customers’ issues without distraction
• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
