•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks

5 K  _' ^) ?+ q: O•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
3 v/ I$ }% L2 Z) s; e- v•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
, E# p$ h. s" v1 h1 i; g; f•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
) @1 \/ S# h8 j# v& U  t  u•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
; r0 H6 x7 Q9 k0 P+ ?* Y. ~•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
% d$ p0 J( U( K' |•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
) Q# _$ g/ I1 W# p% h•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
