Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
& U! G+ G; C/ E•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
& G! x  p6 f; k& T•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
" Q  G. r: X* A% Z% g7 t•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
+ V, o7 i( ?; f, x  ^* l  ]•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

MANDATORY

$ p* \6 c/ O; ]2 E4 Z/ z+ w9 j" KAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
& o" M- k: _' B& R. |' b•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
