求助 關於薪水

大家好
. L& q( B" P; g3 u有件事困擾很久
' _& ?: H2 ~) L# w. {$ d/ M. g我即將於今年四月畢業
$ `$ A- y) g( j3 [% a畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
* S1 W% l2 Q; ^; ^8 U- ]2 n最近公司給我offer
1 a: u* S0 j  `, J+ @; s; v提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
  Q2 z- F6 b! a- t2 V/ J* p然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
; k/ _2 m1 K; J3 n9 I4 \. j9 G0 _想來想去還是覺得不對
已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?

Are the duties the same as coop?
If I were you, I will take the job first. Negotiation when you are capable on the position.
