• Complete and post staff schedules
3 H, n- {2 i/ A5 K6 y. z• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
J: b1 X& v: c [) Q• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management8 d2 I8 {6 V& g+ {. M" X! ^
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff$ |! r( l: U# v$ t+ _
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date* F6 J0 ]& b* \) Z, }( m* n5 v) R
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
: G: [, @- w* U; J& z• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees3 F( A( P# W* A1 t9 o7 D7 Q: I1 ~
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales7 ~( h% Q/ n8 a
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
' e# F% V% T7 D, |3 w% m3 _+ T& V• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

" B9 w/ {. C7 Z2 { A# cExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset" W K! C4 I# |5 b
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)' K, {) v2 h8 ~# H1 D+ c! q3 h
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion0 ]4 y# x, {' u4 J; O$ L k
