• Complete and post staff schedules 7 e, M+ {4 t7 p$ C2 P
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines% z& O& w7 }3 l3 K
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
8 U- K' R; r& U" z a1 n Z• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff- K" r& N! g; ? {
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
L: u3 L F/ ^• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
/ r3 a' @% |% D3 q• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees' |, P6 @- [# q9 b, n' B) g/ m
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales9 [6 t9 h; e Y! S2 @' {
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 5 N5 X9 g% `( ~+ x% B
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
