0 x" L) G5 B. p9 r•        Complete and post staff schedules
& m% ^: V5 X! C0 U8 }( F8 _  f•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
3 `% I) D" u% e  ?8 l9 N7 E•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
/ v/ Q- ]6 i* b5 {" R•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
0 O) w9 e. N* E' z* Y+ b1 C$ i3 c•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
% z" Q9 k! a3 ^4 _' M. n  ^•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
" L, y8 q# z: j5 z0 i•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
% M* Q& F' y8 J* Y  \2 X•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.


Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

7 N' h. ]) V7 [; L; g2 P1 B% V1 yPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
