• Complete and post staff schedules 5 @8 `( y. i0 U8 k5 G' Z
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines& w/ g* S) x ?+ t& ^" b
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management$ O, \( x7 K& m9 y, G
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff. ~* N" p p9 b4 t
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date8 F- Y; V3 @1 L2 C4 n5 B: t
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
6 A* u& G6 D& {8 o' L8 n# N• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway$ _ ]8 j, o; S4 w4 o% I

• Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required! k& N6 c+ @: n% M+ @
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset) W/ ^4 i5 H9 d3 z
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
! S( F2 r% z V3 J; z2 q& uPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
