Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

•        Complete and post staff schedules
1 x) F1 c+ b7 l: e- u•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
) r/ j  b' O/ |, W- D% T•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
: o( |" f* k, v' T% j% B: \! m•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
2 n/ q) ?, I$ I( `: f•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
# S* o9 |) X5 m/ s+ j3 {) [4 U: D•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
( m" |  w  V9 a% {% _•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
* D, N6 y: i- ~: E/ g! z•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

7 B) k& W( B# h) ESkills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
