• Complete and post staff schedules
2 U+ p0 c5 I; Z+ h• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
' C u+ N' E5 y9 `9 d+ ~) m+ J• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
3 i: H$ o' _7 I6 Z8 f• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
* R# j4 S: i, m/ K1 H• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date) ~) }, P7 e8 V$ e9 w4 a
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed* c- z& i+ F' m/ H
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees: u6 l! v P O2 n
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
" R7 i/ l+ f0 H• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
' N% [, s: O: j5 { x4 ~• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway4 T' P# t" F( {3 [. ~
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset. } w' _) x" \/ ?. {
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
& x+ g% @" j# S8 `# W8 L( }Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion' [) x- H# {! o
