• Complete and post staff schedules 1 G: S( `. [3 I6 A. M% B M: k
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines7 P/ t: `4 X: ~
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
: p9 X! v2 R7 e" b$ F; p• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
' i' s [8 V/ m) ^) C. f- S• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date" V% I: p& b! Q7 e
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed+ o! y% J( S9 `" L8 j3 s7 [# X$ u: |% [
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees/ u2 z/ [* _! Q
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales& V4 Q% v* y9 D; y/ T
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 7 \# V& A- s* A- D8 Z6 S( C
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway6 O5 s3 i/ |9 e* B9 A1 K- Z
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily2 S% z9 n4 V& p$ q2 I0 U
• Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:
( ^# P5 n( n1 \0 c0 ~/ f, F$ [6 B( @3 h* q4 S
Education: Completion of secondary school is required; z! ?, c: ~9 x' V" e3 {
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset H+ _/ v; d/ s/ h9 i3 Y
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer) D6 J, l/ h% i" l. _
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
