• Complete and post staff schedules
1 x) F1 c+ b7 l: e- u• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines, L/ g7 L' ~: W7 r+ N) _/ R5 t
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
) r/ j b' O/ |, W- D% T• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
: o( |" f* k, v' T% j% B: \! m• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
2 n/ q) ?, I$ I( `: f• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
# S* o9 |) X5 m/ s+ j3 {) [4 U: D• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Education: Completion of secondary school is required. a# L9 T/ Z9 P; i; M
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset5 e9 t" D6 v7 R0 K- u
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)( f! o6 Z: Z, g, B- \& z* @
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion% T3 K& I0 \4 {: \4 R0 o
