Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Job Description:
* s7 F/ p: {8 U8 T+ l2 q% E2 z•        Complete and post staff schedules
9 a% J* d, N+ k' {•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
3 S# H8 I( N* H' v, r9 `: K" j  C•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
  b: b! X  t( [+ q/ O7 c0 j- W•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
, H. R! V' K' ]3 }% A5 m3 |' [•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
" U, O3 W* L: V+ x) j! K! h•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

* L$ C9 B# G9 T# ^+ kEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
8 P: U) Y; @! b' n/ mExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
( L) C; H9 }0 f9 yCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
