急问报税的问题

因为今年第一次报税，本想找人报税的，但是找了个相当业余，还是自己报算了。但是碰到个问题。就是老公报税的FEDERAL TAX的367填了一个孩子，上面是+2131.00.

  A- w' Z. X1 I$ G$ N, W" t那我那张单子跟老公是同样的，我那张上是否也要填上1个孩子。我试了下如果我那个填上了是影响到老公的RUFUND.因为我是没有收入的，我那张表单上是没有变化的。

No, fill out one (1) because you have only one child.

The amount of $2,131 should go to the higher income person and any excess not used by the higher income person can be transferred to the other spouse.

Also, you can claim children's arts amount in 2011.

$2131是Child tax credit, it can be claimed by either parent. 也就是说，你们俩个都可以claim $2131.
如果你没有收入，所有的non-refundable tax credit对你都是没有用的。

3 `4 Z$ L% }7 Q6 J' J还有，如果你是手填表格的话，在你先生的那张表上，也是Federal tax, 有个spousal credit， 你需要把你的$10527transfer 给他，因为你没有收入，对你没用。而他可以因此少缴税。
