•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
+ ^. Z$ }; C5 i; |5 s+ a% n2 j•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
& J# g+ Z3 h2 E3 R2 z1 A•        Sell merchandise to customers
•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
