Job Description:
- T* N. V5 I- `" H' t, D• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers 4 o- m) P' S6 A, O
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules ! _- B! X% W( G' m9 ~4 x7 s) R
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise ' `7 B4 u8 e/ P6 g2 h
• Sell merchandise to customers
# |9 W) H2 x7 r7 s9 u( E• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages . ]( C( J2 b: `- f$ h9 x
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise " ?$ j- K. i3 n' @
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters 9 o. H/ k4 q& u" X' t
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
