- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to provide services for Chinese community

- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services

- coordinate good will activities
3 E( T, l' Z% Y1 F8 ~- coordinate and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- assist in special events coordinating: Open House, AGM, Volunteer Appreciation, etc.; W2 k6 c; j) l5 |
- participate in ISP department and agency meetings/activities

- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

; W! U7 S) p7 ^% ^; Y- write quarterly and final reports for ISP

- hold regular meetings with ISP team

- update membership database

- work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)

Qualifications- L" F; T1 v- b' f1 [2 O" }$ ~
- degree in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education
! ]1 D/ m/ ]0 U; O* J- good oral and written Chinese and English skills5 p5 E! _# s k$ s
- experience in community work and immigrant services7 Y, P3 j- `8 C/ e! v; Y
- ability to coordinate workshops and seminars, v8 x6 s) W6 x6 O9 O
- leadership skills. B7 Z, }3 G4 g( a' ~" m
- exceptional communication, interpersonal skills
