m$ u3 T" D5 Q* ~3 g4 ?" z' r* OA Federal Court judge in Ottawa has stayed the deportation of Lai Changxing, China's most wanted man who is accused of bribing Chinese officials and smuggling $10 billion worth of goods.

Chinese officials says Lai's company was a front for a $10 billion smuggling operation. His headquarters, the government alleges, was a pleasure palace where prostitutes entertained government officials.
