EARLY LEARNING FAMILY PROGRAM

weeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.

Rhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm9 w* h1 G& v& h# f
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
, g* ]* s+ E' m7 Otheir child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for4 M' ]+ ?! K9 |' w2 b! q5 V! s
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an
; R- ~% j0 @5 k3 A' ?, M4 [oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It
, h) a2 I- Z0 [2 b2 T# xencourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,6 C V( Q& ~6 G; V* V' x/ T$ H
fun, and supportive environment.* O$ l/ \% q0 @4 Q7 {
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No
+ t$ R: b5 e$ |registration is required; a snack will be provided.
