) ?# }- K+ z9 E+ h! k *Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall
' d/ x& G2 {9 l# I9 P! B5 z *around 400k
1 n9 e- O; n' ^; M7 y3 c+ P *resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.* S* f% r; b; Q, C; i. U& c. D
*Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants% ?& E( t+ k( e7 P: q& C; j) B

With the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?
